Pros
Entry level skills acquisition and growth potential is great, but whether that will ever materialize is still uncertain. Projects in several locations across USA.
Cons
They pay below market and offer greater compensation in the instance you threaten to leave and they actually want you to stay. Instead of compensating employees effectively and keeping workers motivated, they like to wear their employees down until they quit. A very short sighted model, which makes sense based on shorter projects they have done in the past. Bad move based on the scope of current projects.
