Pros

Allow you to work as many hours as your body can physically take. Great middle management team and entry level employees. Decent pay with OT.

Cons

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. They expect you to work a minimum 60 hours a week. Mandatory OT is forced upon individuals who don't ask for it. Poor upper management direction and leadership. Treat you like a number, and not a person. Very poor and limited health care provided. No training structure for new employees. HR department lacks knowledge to do their job professionally. Expect a lot out of employees but don't reciprocate with good work environment or pay.

Pros

Hydromax USA offers a lot of training with specialized equipment that can be used all across the industry AND unlimited opportunity for growth within the company. All companies have their flaws and some of the jobs are tough, but it was a great fit for me for a time.

Cons

Some of the work can be difficult due to being outside or possibly in or around sewer systems.

Pros

Management is flexible if you need time off or to come in late/ leave early Very laid back, if you are being productive management doesn't bother you or micro-manage you get an allowance to help with getting new safety shoes/boots

Cons

No definitive pay scale and no idea when/if you're getting a raise, I have gotten 1 "cost of living" raise since I've been employed. No real clothing program, you get 3 shirts as part of a "care package" but other than that you are kind of on your own for shirts and pants
