Pros
Growth opportunity is virtually limitless, high-standard/high morals company! Feeling that your job is important and that you are appreciated is huge for me and Hydromax USA covers both of these items 10 fold.
Cons
Not really a con, although I will say that we are growing at a rate that makes for some pretty hectic days, although it's very rewarding!
