Pros
Relatively good pay, overtime money. That's literally it, there is no other reason to work there.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, no reward program or incentives, constantly promising and not delivering, horrible communication and follow up between corporate and the projects across the country. Too many double standards, older employee's from before the growth are treated far better then current employees. An "old guard" employee got drunk at a corporate party, threatened people and still has a job. Regular employee's get terminated or pressured over minor things, while issues they have spoken to management about go unaddressed for months. Management eats out, takes cross country trips, free hotels, bonuses, and the like all the company cards but then tells employee's they won't be getting raises during the year because "the budget was spent". Management believes morale is not something that matters, and does nothing to invest in their employees. Acting like a company should foster a good culture is met with ridicule and comments to get a new job. Bottom line, this company treats their staff like they are a resource to be used and burned out with no regard to them. There is no potential for growth, there are no incentives to do more or go above and beyond. Nobody in this company knows what's going on in any other part of the company, and instead of fixing problems they all run around pointing fingers and talking bad about each other.
