Pros

Flexible hours, overtime and fun environment. Coworkers are friendly and always encourage you to ask questions. Occasional after work gatherings and Chinese Wednesday/ Friday Lunches are a nice tradition. There are several divisions/ departments within the office-opportunity for lateral movement

Cons

Low pay, subpar insurance benefits, lack of upward mobility opportunities and transparency. Terrible communication at multiple levels. Makes promises that aren’t kept.

The people were great! I really enjoyed my time at Hydromax USA.

Cons

Travel rotations are pretty crappy 2.5 weeks working for 3 days off. Pay is rough as you could be there 5 years making the same as a new hire.
