Pros
Allow you to work as many hours as your body can physically take. Great middle management team and entry level employees. Decent pay with OT.
Cons
NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. They expect you to work a minimum 60 hours a week. Mandatory OT is forced upon individuals who don't ask for it. Poor upper management direction and leadership. Treat you like a number, and not a person. Very poor and limited health care provided. No training structure for new employees. HR department lacks knowledge to do their job professionally. Expect a lot out of employees but don't reciprocate with good work environment or pay.
