For pay - we hear this concern and have plans in the works to provide more clear pay policies. Training is and has been an area of concentration and new programs are being developed and will be rolled as soon as possible. As for culture, that’s an area we generally receive positive notes but appreciate your thoughts and will consider that feedback.
