Felt like I was at an adult daycare- one team member would continuously burp out loud in team meetings, you have to up keep area around your desk and on the floor, a lot of team members continue to forget Mom is not in the kitchen to clean up after them. Did not receive a pay increase for 6 months after having added responsibilities. Communication is very poor- good luck having a clue what is going on. Most everyone keeps headphones in at all hours after one month of being there.
