They hold onto and Keep people around who are extremely detrimental to the workers on the ground. Upper management doesn't give two cares about their employees. Extremely hazardous job especially during a pandemic and the possible Customer Interactions. But in 2020 all they Gave was a $200 bonus for "Working during the Pandemic" and guess what .. They Even Taxed that too! Horrible Horrible company that won't give a crap about you as the frontline worker
