They honestly do not care about you or your family , treated poorly, low pay, never know where you will be working day to day , encouraged to lie to customers to get inspections completed to get the company paid , will try anything to cheat you out of your pay , junky equipment, long cold days even if you are sick your told you have to work or be fired
