Pros
Growing rapidly so there are plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement. In general, the managers have a lot of experience in the industry and make this a fun place to work. I feel like I matter and am not treated like a number. No place is perfect, but this is a great place to work.
Cons
It is busy and we don't have enough workers, just like everywhere, so there is a good bit of overtime. I guess that's a pro and a con?
