Pros

Overtime is encouraged and pays off. Taken care of when traveling out or around state. When minor tools are needed, they get delivered as fast as possible

Cons

When specific tools are needed for a job, it takes much longer to acquire them then needed. Being told which project to work on on a last minutes notice happens more often than not.

Pros

The people were great! I really enjoyed my time at Hydromax USA.

Cons

Travel rotations are pretty crappy 2.5 weeks working for 3 days off. Pay is rough as you could be there 5 years making the same as a new hire.
