      Mostly solo work. Managers tend to be hands off

      Cons

      Have to deal with the weather no matter what. Your knees and back might start hurting after a while. Have to deal with angry customers sometimes

      Pros

      The people were great! I really enjoyed my time at Hydromax USA.

      Cons

      Travel rotations are pretty crappy 2.5 weeks working for 3 days off. Pay is rough as you could be there 5 years making the same as a new hire.
