Here you are just a number. The company does not appreciate or care about you. A lot of bad decisions are made on how they operate and are not well thought out. You will have to deal with the constant changes and most times they end in failure or making things more difficult. The pay is not great especially for Seattle wages and wage increases are not guaranteed. Cost of living and yearly increases did not happen. It would be in your best interest to apply for a different and more organized company.
