      Very flexible schedule. Management styles of leadership are excellent. Company vehicle provided.

      Compensation is about 30% lower than what other companies offer for same position.

      Pros

      The people were great! I really enjoyed my time at Hydromax USA.

      Cons

      Travel rotations are pretty crappy 2.5 weeks working for 3 days off. Pay is rough as you could be there 5 years making the same as a new hire.
