If you are willing and able there are many opportunities to step into a void and fill it. Your growth here can be 5X to 10X what it would be elsewhere if you are willing to put the work in.

Instability Instability Instability That pretty much sums up this place the projects are very cool but clear lack of direction is hurting. through instability does create may growth opportunities as mentioned above.
