Cons
This used to be a great organization that really felt like it was going somewhere. After removing 2 CEO's and having a major layoff, this company is going nowhere but downhill. The current leadership is looking to remove everything that was what made working here so good: the culture. As if changing the whole focus/product plan wasn't already enough. Long hours. They promise you lots of learning and experiences, but they won't pay you even if your entire team leaves and you're doing the job of 10 people. Favoritism is definitely rampant. That and a toxic culture where senior leaders are not afraid to yell at new or younger employees. Never have I worked in such an unprofessional organization. It's funny because they have new policies such as "no alcohol" to keep the organization professional, but they won't remove leaders who scream at others and ignore company policy.
