Current leadership took over the company last year and do not know how to run a company and plan development effectively. Projects get proposed and engineering works on them for 3 months before leadership changes direction and has everyone drop their tasks to work on a brand new project. There has been a complete erosion of trust both ways from engineering to the leadership office. Company morale and culture is non-existent because of multiple layoffs. CEO lied to the company multiple times regarding upcoming layoffs, preserving benefits, and hybrid work schedule. Hyperloop One used to do amazing things, but the CEO is doing everything in their power to descope projects and cut costs in all areas. The investors seem to be frustrated with lack of progress, I wouldn't expect Hyperloop One to stay afloat much longer. Don't touch this company with a 10ft pole
