What once was a great company has turned into a dumpster fire. Hyperloop-One was once the leader in Hyperloop technology. Unfortunately, since the CFO took over as interim CEO, the company has gone straight downhill. There have been massive layoffs, and the remaining employees are expected to become experts in the vacant positions. Upper management has set deadlines that are not achievable, even if you threw all the money and resources at it today. It's been said multiple times by leadership that our jobs and LIVES depend on making these deadlines. Yes, our lives. Upper management has recently said they expect everyone to be at work a lot. They said they did not expect 80 hours a week, but it should be closer to around 60. They have rewarded the remaining employees by gutting the benefits. On top of benefits being gutted, they continue to deny any vacation requests employees have tried to submit this year. The company is on its last leg and doesn't have the right leadership in place to turn it around.
