I have had the incredible opportunity to work with I-CAR for the past year, and this entire experience has been nothing short of amazing. The benefits provided by the company are robust and thoughtfully designed to support employees' well-being. The people within the organization are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and collaborative. The environment fosters positivity and encourages growth, making it a truly fulfilling place to work.

The salary compensation could be improved, but the gifts and reimbursements throughout the year help offset the salary. Everything else about the company is positive, and there are no complaints.

I've had the privilege to work with a great team of knowledge, diligent, and professional individuals. Each team member is continuously working to improve our internal process so that we can make impactful and valuable changes for our customers. The employee benefits are fantastic and there was a high-level care taken during on boarding processes.

I haven't experienced any Cons during my time with I-CAR.
