Pros
My last boss, who is no longer there (Jack C) was absolutely wonderful to me. My salary was fantastic. I have a few life long friends that were formed at IAP. My world travel experiences were amazing.
Cons
The new execs were weasels. I was lied to and disrespected by a very small group of the executive leadership team. I didn’t fit into their “circle”. So.....they eliminated my position and called it a lay-off! THANK GOD! I would have never left the toxicity of this place on my own, but since I was “forced” out, I’ve found happiness and joy again. There’s no work/life balance at IAP - as long as you know you will literally be worked to the ends of your ability, or if you have no personal life matters you need to tend to, then IAP may be the company for you.
