      remote work, good salary, excellent professionals

      Cons

      micromanagement, effort is not valued enough, some managers are power-seeking and abusive; many extra-hours are needed to deal with the inefficient communication (over 200 emails per day), and with the bureaucracy (many useless and redundant processes and administrative burden).

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
