Not too bad - Material Handler/Forklift Operator ICU Medical Employee Review

Low staff, mostly your job will revolve around doing others. Night shift isn’t watched so you’ll pick up after them. From 2am to 8am there isn’t management. No managers on the weekend. Most lazy people take that as I don’t have to do anything because no one is here to care. Most people in the clean molding section of the rooms only care to do what they feel not what they need. This company is full of snowflakes that get their feeling hurt when you tell them they are garbage at their job. Management takes forever if at all to teach, train, and have employees up to par on their responsibilities. They Would much rather not do anything and just allow someone else who’s busting their butt to handle the work.
