Organization as a whole is corrupt and makes student scores seem better than they are to boost enrollment. Does not truly set students up for college and teachers are overworked with unsupportive admin.

Pros

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
