Pros

Unique farm program for a public school, very rewarding work with kids, good equipment and supplies.

Cons

A very high turnover rate at the school and in the administration, couldn't keep track of who was responsible for what as people were changing on almost weekly basis. Burdensome administrative and bureaucratic procedures to follow, procurement is the worst. The school culture is terrible, militaristic and soul destroying. Unqualified teachers, testing gulag.

Pros

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
