Comfortable work environment. Friendly coworkers, my department worked as a team. Manager made us feel appreciated. We were able to take time off if we had the days. We didn't have to give an explanation as to why we needed it off.

Cons

Compensation was low and insurance providers offered did not cover much.

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
