The organization really strives for excellence. They push for goals to be met and surpasses them as well. They lay everything out in front of you. Their expectations and goals.

Cons

It's hard work, it does require dedication and strength. You are constantly being given feedback on your performance. You get observed every week or every other week. If you can not handle being observed or can not handle receiving feedback with glows and grows than this job is definitely not for you.

Pros

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
