Weak leadership, that allows people with no scruples or experience lead the org into a pit. They're under conservatorship for that reason. I would be cautious before making the move to work for this org. They don't care about staff and do not follow their processes and procedures when it comes to employee matters.

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
