OPS team was helpful in aiding me get my tasks done. Learned a lot as a leader for the after school program. It opened up a lot of opportunities for me in this organization.

Cons

It was a lot of hard work and dedication, I wished I would have gotten more help from my supervisor, as I was the only one left in charge of all the students in the after school program.

Pros

Teachers had a positive attitude toward each other and worked as a team. There is extensive training in classroom management at the beginning of the year and clear consequences for students.

Cons

When you interact with HR, you are reminded that you are just a number. They do not treat you as a valuable employee. You are asked to send your questions to emails, and you're not able to get someone on the phone. Their communication is confusing and they are not helpful.
