Does not value you or your time - Anonymous employee IEWC Employee Review

Turnover is high in various departments from Customer Service to HR to Supply Chain and it's all due to upper management. They will invest in their top talent but put no effort or time into the rest of the employee population seeking advice or mentorship. They like to tout a positive culture with work/life balance etc. but if you aren't available outside business hours or respond to email on the weekend be prepared to hear about it. You are expected to be available and responsive 24/7 regardless of where you are (vacation, child's sporting event, etc.) or what time it is. Very unhealthy and toxic work environment.
