A MNC with full of politics - Sales IEWC Employee Review

This company is pretty unstable. Changing of management and employees turnover are frequent and high. Training is essentially not existence. In addition, the SAP system they are using is just to confused you. Not to help you to speed up your works. Your work will be somewhat similar to work in a SME or even worse off. Lastly, the management that they brought in is completely without any knowledge about the market dynamic. They are just here to get their retirement fund and play politics within the group. This group of people would probably just share with you their years of experiences. But in fact, they talk but nothing will happen.
