Pros
Good benefits, ability to work remotely.
Cons
The culture is declining rapidly. Only a few years ago, I would have recommended this company to anyone. There were great people at the leadership level that genuinely cared about their teams and advocated for them. Many of these people have since left, and were replaced, in large part, by individuals who do not align with the company's original culture. It quickly became a political atmosphere where employees needed to watch their back. I felt discouraged from communicating openly and honestly due fear of backlash from many of the large egos at the leadership level. What was once a 40-45 hour work week became a 55-60 hour work week with no appreciation or compensation increase for the additional workload. The examples are endless but to conclude this review, I would no longer recommend this company as a good place to work unless significant changes are made.
