Pay is low to start and I had to really fight to get fair raises. Lack of upward mobility unless you are willing to relocate. Had to work a lot of overtime on short notice because we were always short-staffed. Outsourcing tech support to india when gtech's own software breaks really sucks. I spent so much time on the phone talking to Satesh, Satish, Govindarajan, etc. and it is not an easy task.
