Pros
It really depends which group your in, fortunately I was in a good one, and the people were great and it's awesome to work with good people no matter where you are.
Cons
Change happens at an incredibly rapid pace, which I don't mind, the company sure needed some change because that ship was sinking before. The major issue was just not getting compensated for hard work, after working my buns off doing substantially more than my peer for years on end, I still wound up getting promoted the same time everyone else who just came in and did their jobs and went home did - doesn't exactly motivate you to do your best work.
