Thanks for your review. We did recognise the need to have more technically focused people within our teams, making those important decisions on IT systems. We also agree that a successful and happy IT team is crucial to any successful business. For these reasons, we made a number of leadership changes last year and this has helped create a renewed focus on our IT infrastructure stability and capability improvements. We’ve also made investments in our infrastructure hardware, internal technical operations and engineering teams. This has all helped us to implement standardized deployments and attend to infrastructure stabilization.
