IIC is good for people fresh out of college looking to garner experience.
Cons
IIC is not good for people looking to further their career. The pay is terrible. The raises are terrible. But they match the 401K @ 5% ?!? But your salary is so low it doesn't even matter. Upper management will act interested in your ideas and "act" like they are interested in your project. No movement will ever occur. They will keep you in the same position and use bait to keep you going. When productive workers quit, the company does not even try to retain the worker with higher pay. Hopefully they will respond to your "two weeks notice" email. Upper management (who are off site) will not email you back unless you call them out. They are not willing to spend an extra nickel on employees. The Christmas parties are like other companies lunches. Never received a bonus either.
