Pros
Management is on your side. Both of the managers that I’ve had here are very understanding and will accommodate you the best they can. Overall, the work experience has been wonderful.
Cons
It’s tough to get more money at this company. We get about an 8% raise yearly, but it’s not that much if you plan on staying here long term. I think this is a great company for entry level work to gain experience, but long term opportunities are not available for many.
