Pros

Great way to get your foot in the door for an office job. Great learning experience all around.

Cons

Lazy co-worker, manager became too dependent on me doing 90% of the work, rarely ever saw upper management (they were supposed to visit once a month, we saw much less than that), poorly trained floaters, and horribly low pay for the job.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
