Pros

I made good money and look forward to receiving my pension this year. Most of the people I worked with locally were good people.

Cons

As the company grew they stopped stocking supplies locally. Then they cut what the technicians could spend in parts and labor to repair. The "fix" was to replace the copier.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
