Pros
Good benefits, but they are contributory and mandatory.
Cons
Pretty much everything other than benefits - low wages, poor growth and advancement. It's fine as an 'entry level' company, but getting beyond entry level is nearly impossible (they tend to hire from without for management positions). Long hours also reduces your ability to move on (44 hrs/week with a 1hr unpaid lunch break). Your employment at entry level is also not considered valuable by the company as they can replace you with people that are willing to work for barely over minimum wage (as of this writing MW is $10.25/hr and IKON's starting rate is approx. $11.25). There have been no wage increases for nearly 3 years.
