you will feel suffocated here it feels you are trapped weather you are performer or not you do not have much if you reach a second late dur your day is half day what is happening guys really??? It’s better go for a flexible things. It’s not nursery class student understand. On behalf all my know people there they asked me to post it here hoping things would change reading this

IMCS Group works on uniformity and NOT exceptions. We have policies and procedures that apply uniformly to everyone. You can not come at anytime and go anytime. This is not a movie theater that you bought a ticket for. If you want to come at any time and go at anytime, choose such companies. Why bother to work at a premier company like us. There are so many jobs in NOIDA and you can make a choice. Entitlement has become amazingly high from employees coming from sub-standard companies that operate on "do whatever you want". Please find a company that operates like a movie theater. We wish you all the best in finding the next company. Hope they survive after employing you. Those who asked you to post "ask them to also quit andvtake them with you to your next job"Best wishes.

None from my experience. I have nothing positive to say.

Unsolicited recruiter spam for a supposedly detail oriented digital content role that contained multiple typos and duplicated wording directly in the job title. The outreach requested date of birth, proof of location, LinkedIn profile, and references before any actual screening conversation. Communication felt extremely unprofessional and confusing: - email was sent under one name - signed by another name - linked to a completely different third email address/person Overall the process came across as sloppy, invasive, and spammy rather than legitimate or organized. I wouldn't trust this company at all.
