Thanks for your review. We are in Consulting services and our first priority is to make sure that we pay our employees well and on time. I personally respond to my emails within a day. I address all the issues that come to me. As you know we can not do everything an employees asks for. Even companies like IBM, and google can not do everything an employee asks for.
