5yThanks for your review. We not only value the opinion of our employees, but we put those opinions into action. As a HR you would be certainly be aware of our programs as you are instrumental in the execution. We want to provide good employee experience. I would like to recap all the programs we have introduced.
1. Pay being paid on 1st of the month.
2. Unused earned leave can be cashed at the end of the year
3. Various employee engagement programs like Yoga/Meditation/Health talk series.
4. Compensation for 1 week of leave due to COVID.
5. No lay offs or pay reductions.
6. Incentives paid on time.
7. CSR activity in all our locations.
8. Employee recognition programs.
9. Various employee engagement programs to keep the employees motivated and inspired.
