Small company? We have operations in USA, Canada, Mexico and India. We have 6 offices in India. It is true that we are growing. Why is the environment not good? You mentioned that you are working for more than 2 years. How is it possible to work with us for 2 years if the environment is bad? There are so many jobs available in.the market and recruiters are changing jobs if something is not good.

None from my experience. I have nothing positive to say.

Unsolicited recruiter spam for a supposedly detail oriented digital content role that contained multiple typos and duplicated wording directly in the job title. The outreach requested date of birth, proof of location, LinkedIn profile, and references before any actual screening conversation. Communication felt extremely unprofessional and confusing: - email was sent under one name - signed by another name - linked to a completely different third email address/person Overall the process came across as sloppy, invasive, and spammy rather than legitimate or organized. I wouldn't trust this company at all.
