-Some folks at management will limit your visiblity and skills. -Some people who have reached leadership positions are unable to make work allocation and other management decisions properly due to lack of skills. You might have to bear the cost of their unwise and biased decisions with your career growth.

Pros

- worked here with some of the most talented people I've met in the city - NY office is beautiful, fantastic view - company events are nice - support for international workers with I, H1B, O1 visas and green card applications

Cons

- extremely hard to get a raise - morale has been tanking because of mass layoffs - everything has to go through the CEO, who takes a very long time to sign off on anything
