MicroManagement + Low Job Security + Every team has foolish old uncles who don’t do any work and are taking free salaries. Managers do dirty politics with young team members to save their own old uncles. They give so much pressure to young team members who join their team and suddenly start questioning the performance in some time which was more than perfect one month back (its a fixed pattern). Even after working for more than 12+ hours, the managers are not happy and only favor girl team members. They save their friends by firing the team guys who come through rotation and make their lives living hell.
