Pros
Lots of opportunity, very much merit based company. If you are hungry and driven it is one of the best places to work. Great leadership development program for new graduate joiners You will have many open doors, without much bureaucracy of a Public company. High growth company overall.
Cons
Requires a lot of drive. Perfectionist standards. Most management are very good at deliverying but not great at managing people. Usually pays just average or potentially slightly below average, until you prove yourself at least. Not a place to work if you want to start putting your coat on at 5:45.
