      The company HR department is staffed by incompetent self-righteous people who are always looking to reduce your salary. You work incredibly long hours and get very little compensation. The bureaucracy is suffocating, as an LDP analyst you get zero freedom and zero opportunity to shy

      None. Unless you count trauma bonding with your coworkers.

      This company can't even pay their own bills. And there isn't enough time to go over all their cons. Here are a few: I work on a team of 3 people now, we used to be 21 I work 10-12 hour days and haven't had a raise in 3 years I am grossly underpaid for my role and experience The Owner doesn't care about morale or his employees
