DO NOT APPLY - Leadership Development Program ION Group Employee Review

Went through the entire interview and super-day process in December and January. I got a verbal offer and then was basically ghosted for 5 months. Everyone once in awhile I would get an email saying they were still processing my formal offer. Finally 6 months after getting my verbal offer I got an automated email which said they could no longer offer employment. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever been through. I will never do business with this company and have told my, peers, friends, family, colleagues, etc. the same. Thank god I had found another job during the time I was waiting to get the formal offer letter.
