I appreciate this job. It’s easy but challenging and the ability to learn a lot is there if you want it.

Every job comes with its cons but the pros outweigh the cons for me here.

There are no pros for working for this company, Please stay away, they are amateur's at what they do and not even good when they do it. Management is a joke is lies and mistruths throughout.

Management will ding you for calling them out on their lies, You will get dinged for things but never told about them. When you are on site and the clients you are support for the company are happy with what you do, yet they still ding you. They have reports they keep which make you think you are doing well, then condemn you for doing something else. They believe that meetings are the end all be all, which could be a post it note. I've heard from several clients they support that management is Dysfunctional, seriously I am surprised they are still with them. Improve communication, you claim you want to hear from your employees very often, yet when they reach out to you it is ghost. Listen to your clients, you are going to loose good employees which your clients like due to miss management.
